Mohammadu Buhari returned to Nigeria on Friday, after 51 days on medical vacation in the UK. There is every indication that he would return to the UK in a couple of weeks to continue his medical vacation. We rejoice with Nigerians on the return of the president.
Apparently, Mr. President is really not out of the wood, heath wise. A healthy president can lead a healthy nation.  The weight and the stress of the presidency is not for the faint-hearted. We;ve have seen what the stress of the presidency does to the American presidents after 8 years in the office.  The grey hairs and the aging process.  Buhari is '74'. Therefore the age is not on his side.  It is in the best interest of the country and the health and long life of the president to retire or be retired.
